Isidro Gonzalez Collision & Paint ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website gonzalezcollisionpaint.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number, and ZIP code
• Information about your vehicle (year, make, model, color, VIN if you choose to share it)
• Photos of the damage
• A description of how the damage occurred and your preferred timeframe

When you make a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card or bank details. We never see, store, or have access to your full payment card number — only the last four digits and the card brand for record-keeping.

We also collect basic technical information automatically through Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location (city level), browser type, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your repair estimate
• To contact you about scheduling, parts, and updates
• To process payments for deposits and final balances
• To improve our website and customer service
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.)

Who we share information with

We share your information only with service providers we use to run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending transactional email (estimates, receipts)
• Supabase — secure data storage
• Vercel — website hosting
• Anthropic — AI-assisted estimate suggestions (photos may be sent to their API for damage assessment; never shared with anyone else)
• Google Analytics — aggregated traffic analysis

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with marketers or advertisers.

How long we keep your information

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations (typically seven years for tax purposes). Photos are deleted within 24 months of job completion unless we're required to keep them for an active warranty dispute.

Your choices

• Contact / opt out: email us at estimates@gonzalezcollisionpaint.com to update or delete your information.
• Unsubscribe: every customer email includes a way to reply and ask us to stop.
• Cookies: you can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work but analytics won't be collected.

Children

Our site isn't directed at anyone under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Texas residents

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to know what personal information we have on you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale of personal information (which we don't do anyway). Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. We'll notify you of material changes if you have an active estimate or job with us.
